We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across all touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and personalized customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage the CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data.
Design, implement, and monitor CRM campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications.
Analyze customer behavior and segment the database for targeted campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM activities with business goals.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and retention strategy.
Support automation of customer communications and workflows.
Train internal stakeholders on CRM processes and usage when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of customer lifecycle and behavior trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in CRM tools or platforms.
Experience in A/B testing and personalization strategies.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization.
Familiarity with customer loyalty programs.
