We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to manage and enhance our customer relationship strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling CRM software, maintaining customer data, executing targeted campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update customer information in the CRM system .
Segment customer database for targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
Assist in the planning and execution of customer engagement strategies.
Monitor customer lifecycle stages and take proactive steps to retain and grow the customer base.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and trends to generate actionable insights.
Prepare and share CRM performance reports with relevant departments.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and privacy policies are met.
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on unresolved issues.
Work closely with digital marketing for email/SMS/push campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer service role.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Interior field , CRM management (e.g., real estate, retail, fintech).
Familiarity with customer segmentation and lead nurturing strategies.
Understanding of basic data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
