Extensive experience in Pardot (or other marketing automation platform) and Salesforce o Ability to demonstrate expertise in optimizing email marketing effort deliverability and click through behaviour o Ability to create lead generation and conversion rate optimisation strategies o Experience in managing marketing contact data and data management strategy o Consistently applies GDPR with regards to all email marketing and data management activity o User experience focus o Good ability to use data to create stories that clearly explain marketing activity performance and user behaviour trends o Able to explain technical and analytical information with clarity to senior managers and colleagues with clarity o Understands and is driven by the relationship between marketing effort and revenue generation o Proficient user of WordPress CMS o Experience managing third party suppliers
Main Job Resposibilities
Collecting and analyzing customer data
Using CRM systems to manage relationships
Developing new ways to meet customers' needs
Handling customer complaints
Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives
Creating and executing retention campaigns
Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers
Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
