Job Summary:

We are looking for a

CRM Executive / Telecaller

who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer data in CRM software, following up on leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing customers Handle

inbound customer calls

professionally Explain company products/services clearly to customers

Follow up on leads

generated by marketing or sales team Update and maintain

customer records in CRM software

Schedule meetings/appointments for sales team Resolve basic customer queries and complaints Maintain daily call reports and lead status Coordinate with sales and technical teams for closures Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets
Skills & Requirements:

Good

communication skills

(Hindi & English; regional language preferred) Basic knowledge of

CRM tools, MS Excel, and MS Word

Ability to handle customer objections politely Target-oriented and self-motivated Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach Prior telecalling/CRM experience is an advantage
Education Qualification:

Minimum

Graduate

(Any stream),MBA,BBA,BSC,B.COM,Dip,BE
