We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients across
West Bengal
. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in
Bengali
, along with proficiency in
English and Hindi
, to effectively handle diverse client interactions.
You will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving engagement through effective CRM management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients based in
West Bengal
.
Communicate effectively with clients in
Bengali (must)
,
English
, and
Hindi
.
Handle client queries, feedback, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
Execute CRM campaigns and follow-ups (calls, emails, SMS, etc.) for client engagement and retention.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) for smooth service delivery.
Analyze client data and prepare regular reports on satisfaction and engagement metrics.
Support regional marketing and client relationship initiatives.
Requirements:
Fluency in Bengali (spoken & written) is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi are required.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
