Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and visits. Handle inquiries, quotations, service requests, and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding project updates, AMC services, and payments. Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments (technical, service, accounts).

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently. Pleasant personality, confident, and organized approach to work.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Graduate in any discipline.
