Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through calls, messages, or emails.
Manage daily customer orders, deliveries, and complaints in coordination with the operations team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of milk and other dairy products.
Track customer feedback and share insights with management to improve products and services.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer interactions and escalations.
Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, offers, and loyalty programs.
