Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive - Operations from the logistics industry to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth coordination between clients and operations, and maintain high service standards. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and operational support at our Head Office in Delhi Haat, INA.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and resolve customer queries related to logistics operations. Coordinate with operations, and finance teams to ensure timely pickup, delivery, and service execution. Monitor shipment status, escalations, delays, and service issues; ensure prompt resolution. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and shipment data. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure closure within defined TAT. Prepare operational and customer service reports for management review. Support retention of existing clients by maintaining strong relationships and service quality. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service commitments, and operational processes. Assist in process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in logistics / courier / cargo operations. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting. Ability to handle pressure, escalations, and multiple stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. Sound understanding of end-to-end logistics operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA with 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics operations or CRM. Experience working at Head Office or central operations preferred. Experience working at Head Office or central operations preferred. Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
