The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining customer databases, executing CRM campaigns, and improving customer engagement and retention for the Landmark brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the customer database with accuracy and regular updates
Execute CRM campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, App notifications, etc.)
Analyse customer data to understand behaviour, preferences, and engagement trends
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for offers, promotions, and campaigns
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and follow-ups promptly
Track CRM performance metrics such as repeat rate, engagement, and retention
Ensure proper tagging and segmentation of customers
Prepare regular CRM performance reports and insights
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM tools/software
Basic knowledge of customer lifecycle management
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
