Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage customer relationships, coordinate post-sales activities, and ensure a seamless experience for our home buyers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong grasp of CRM systems and real estate processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with clients from booking to possession.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Accounts, Engineering) to ensure timely execution of post-sales activities.
Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Send timely communications regarding payment reminders, documentation, project updates, etc.
Assist in agreement preparation, registration processes, and handover formalities.
Track payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team for collection follow-ups.
Organize and manage customer feedback surveys and improve service delivery based on insights.
Ensure all customer commitments made by the sales team are fulfilled.
Generate CRM reports and analytics as needed by management
