to manage CRM access, troubleshoot operational issues, handle WhatsApp marketing workflows, and maintain daily/weekly dashboards. The role involves working on CRM, Exotel, Slash, WhatsApp API tools, and supporting internal teams with query resolution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage user accounts and access across CRM, Exotel & Slash.
Handle tool-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support teams.
Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns (audiences, templates, scheduling, analytics).
Build and maintain reporting dashboards (daily/weekly).
Clean, export, and analyze data for management.
Support lead flow, campaign workflows, and process standardization.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with CRM/dialer/WhatsApp API tools preferred.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, data cleaning).
Ability to troubleshoot system/tool issues.
Good communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
