We're looking for a detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth data management, system efficiency, and accurate reporting -- helping our sales and support teams work smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and organize customer data in the CRM system.
Ensure data accuracy and timely entry of leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to streamline CRM workflows.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
Support automation and process improvements to enhance CRM utilization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
