The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining customer relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and business growth. The role involves handling customer queries, maintaining the CRM database, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM database with accurate customer information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Generate CRM reports and analyze customer data for insights.
Assist in CRM campaigns, lead tracking, and feedback collection.
Ensure all customer interactions are recorded and tracked in the CRM system.
Support management with regular customer engagement reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
