to manage key financial and administrative tasks within the CRM department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

sales entries, GST calculations, bank coordination, and data management

, ensuring smooth and accurate operations that support the organization's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Entry & Documentation:

Accurately record and update

sales transactions

in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

GST Working & Compliance:

Assist in

GST calculations, reconciliations, and filings

, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Bank Coordination:

Liaise with

banks for transaction processing, payment tracking, and financial documentation

.

Data Entry & Management:

Maintain and update records related to

customer accounts, invoices, and financial transactions

.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with the

finance, sales, and legal teams

to streamline account-related operations.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate periodic

sales and financial reports

, helping management make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or a related field

.

1-3 years of experience

in sales accounting, GST, or financial coordination. Strong knowledge of

GST regulations, banking processes, and data entry best practices

. Proficiency in

CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and accounting tools

. Excellent

analytical, communication, and organizational skills

. Ability to

handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure
