Key Responsibilities
Manage and update CRM software with accurate client information.
Track leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to streamline client communication.
Generate reports on customer engagement, sales pipeline, and conversion rates.
Handle client queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Support digital campaigns and ensure CRM integration with marketing tools.
Maintain confidentiality of client data and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Prior experience in CRM, customer service, or real estate preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
