We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, sales data, and follow-ups across retail and B2B operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate customer records, supporting sales teams, and improving customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems accurately
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and order tracking
Coordinate with Retail, B2B Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams
Track leads, conversions, and repeat customer data
Manage WhatsApp, email, and phone communication with clients
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM & sales reports
Support after-sales service, complaints, and customer feedback
Ensure proper documentation of client history and preferences
Assist sales teams during exhibitions, promotions, and campaigns
Requirements skills:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
1-3 years of experience in CRM / sales coordination / customer support
Experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury industry preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and data management
Strong communication and coordination skills
Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
