We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth post-sales processes, and enhance customer satisfaction in the
REAL ESTATE
sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in CRM tools, and the ability to coordinate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups for payments, documentation, and queries.
Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions to enhance satisfaction. Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams for seamless transaction processing.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Monitor and improve customer experience by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.
Assist in executing customer engagement activities, events, and loyalty programs.
Generate reports on customer interactions, payment status, and service efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support (
Real
Estate
experience preferred).
Proficiency in CRM software
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle client escalations effectively.
Knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and regulations is a plus.
