Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
Handle inbound and outbound customer communications (calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc.)
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and site visit scheduling
Assist clients throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sale support
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients
Prepare CRM reports and track customer engagement and conversion data
Support marketing campaigns and customer retention activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
