We are looking for an energetic CRM & Front Desk Executive - Only Female to connect with customers primarily through calls, generate leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. This role is telecalling-focused, with minimal office visitors. Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are proactive, professional, and customer oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to connect with customers effectively. ? Generate leads, follow-ups, and ensure timely CRM updates.
? Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions.
? Support the sales team and perform basic administrative tasks.
? Manage front desk professionally when needed, but main focus is
telecalling & CRM
. Requirements:
? Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi/Marathi is a plus.
? Energetic, professional, and customer-focused.
? Fresher to 1-year experience in CRM, telecalling, or front desk.
