Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, improving the overall customer experience, and supporting sales initiatives. The CRM Executive will also analyse customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive client engagement.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Communication and Customer Experience to ensure effective and empathetic interaction with clients.
Strong Customer Retention and Sales skills to manage long-term client relationships and support sales goals.
Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and suggest improvement strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric processes.
Bachelor's degree with a related field experience is preferred.
Prior experience working in customer relationship management or relevant roles is an advantage.
After receiving booking docket from Sales, customers follow-up through mails and phone calls for payment and other queries from booking to possession.
Drafting of Mails and Letters required from the customers, bank and for the company.
Administrative work like Indexing and proper filling in the Hard Copy & Soft Copy format. Demand Letter, receipts, NOC's requests to Banks, Possession letter, (Both final and soft possession) Parking letter, updating database of client's contacts and other details. Updating of receivables and monthly collection sheets and outstanding report.
Coordinate with internal all department related to work, coordinate between Client and Architect regarding Working drawing as per their requirement.
