Job Description

Handle customer queries related to civil work, project progress, possession timelines, and site updates. Maintain strong coordination between customers, site engineers, project managers, and the CRM team. Arrange site visits for clients and ensure proper guidance during the visit. Update customers about construction progress, milestone completion, and payment schedules. Manage customer documentation including agreements, demand letters, NOCs, and handover files. Track and follow up on customer payments as per construction milestones. Record customer complaints and coordinate with the site team for timely resolution. Maintain CRM software/data updates, customer interaction logs, and daily reports. Assist in handling possession formalities, snag lists, and final handovers. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth communication.

Required Skills:



Good understanding of civil construction basics (materials, stages of work, project flow). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with site and back-office teams. Good in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under timelines.
