Job Summary:



Handle customer queries after booking, coordinate with internal teams, ensure smooth documentation, and support clients until possession.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist customers after booking and handle all service-related queries.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams for customer requirements.

Manage documentation such as allotment letters, agreements, payment schedules, and demand letters.

Follow up on payments and update customers on project progress.

Resolve complaints related to possession, documentation, and handover.

Maintain customer records and ensure timely updates.

Schedule site visits, meetings, and handover appointments.

Support in registration, NOC, and other paperwork.

Provide a smooth and positive customer experience.

Skills Required:

Good communication and customer-handling skills

Knowledge of real estate processes (preferred)

Basic MS Office and email handling

Problem solving and coordination skills

Experience:



1-3 years preferred in real estate or customer service.

Salary: As per experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
