The CRM Executive/Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships through the company's CRM systems and strategies. The role involves analyzing customer data, improving engagement, executing targeted marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience to enhance loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the organization's CRM strategy to support customer acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to create targeted marketing and communication campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent and personalized customer interactions.
Monitor CRM campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs (e.g., customer retention rate, engagement rate, conversion rate).
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve customer lifecycle management.
Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and optimize CRM software performance.
Conduct customer feedback surveys and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Train staff on CRM tools and best practices.
