We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
CRM Executive
to join our Mumbai team. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing queries related to trading and investments, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in
financial markets, stock broking operations, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding account information, trading activities, and investment-related queries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams -- including research, operations, and dealing desks -- for effective query resolution.
Proactively address client concerns and follow up to ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate and updated client information in CRM systems for efficient service tracking and compliance.
Assist clients with onboarding, KYC processes, and trading platform guidance.
Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and company offerings to better assist clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
1-3 years of experience in
customer relationship management
, preferably in the
stock broking or financial services
industry.
Good understanding of
capital markets, demat/trading accounts, and investment products
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of trading platforms (e.g., ODIN, NEST) is an advantage.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
