Key Responsibilities:

Manage order fulfillment and shipping processes through

Amazon, Shiprocket, and Shopify

. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Monitor and manage

inventory levels

, ensuring stock availability and accuracy. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction. Analyze shipping costs and identify opportunities to optimize logistics expenses. Maintain and update order tracking systems, ensuring real-time visibility of shipments. Collaborate with warehouse teams and vendors for smooth supply chain operations. Generate reports on logistics performance, inventory status, and order processing efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in logistics, inventory management, and order processing. Hands-on experience with

Amazon, Shiprocket, Shopify

, and other e-commerce logistics platforms. Strong understanding of supply chain operations and shipping procedures. Proficiency in

Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP software

for data management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
