Position Overview
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage and nurture client relationships after the booking stage. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in CRM or post-sales operations in real estate. This role involves coordinating payments, agreements, and documentation, while maintaining accurate client records in the CRM to ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage post-booking activities including agreement processing and payment follow-ups.
Maintain and update client database in CRM software.
Coordinate with finance and sales teams to ensure smooth documentation.
Provide excellent client support post-booking to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience as CRM or post-sales executive (real estate preferred).
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
