Location:- Nariman Point - Mumbai

Experience:- 06 months to 1 year

Package Offered:- Rs.2,40,000/- to Rs.3,00,000/- LPA.

Customer Relationship Manager Responsibilities: Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. Customer Relationship Manager Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.

A minimum of 1 years' experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
