Responsible for lead management in CRM and ensuring timely follow-up with leads
Maintain and update CRM database with client information and status
Communicate effectively with sales associates via phone, email, and other communication channels
Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients
Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and follow-up on sales activities
Create and maintain reports on lead status, sales activity, and client communication
Provide support to the sales team as needed
Continuously update CRM processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in CRM in a channel partner or developer firm
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
