STRATEXP REALITY LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage post-booking client interactions. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, coordinating payment follow-ups, managing slab-wise disbursement schedules, and assisting in agreement documentation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients after booking is completed.
Follow up with clients for timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
Coordinate slab-wise disbursement with clients and financial institutions.
Ensure all required documents and agreements are signed and submitted on time.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate internally with sales, accounts, and legal teams for smooth processing.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Prepare regular reports on customer payment status, pending documentation, and escalations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's & Master's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or real estate coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Positive, client-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of real estate industry norms and slab-wise disbursement processes is a plus.
Well versed in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
