Job Description

Manage and update the customer database (CRM system) with accurate client information, inquiries, service request, and feedback. Coordinate between Customer, sales team, back office team, service technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of services. Track sales leads, generate quotations, and follow up with clients. Send timely service reminders, maintenance schedules, and payment follow-ups to customers.

Skills Required



Graduate (any stream). 1-3 years of Experience in a CRM, Customer service. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills ( both verbal and written). Proficient in MS office, MS excel, Google Sheet.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
