As a CRM Executive, you will act as the key liaison between our customers and construction sites. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships by ensuring smooth communication, addressing queries, and providing an excellent experience throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will be instrumental in fostering customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with customers to understand and address their concerns during the construction process.
Arrange and coordinate site visits to showcase project progress and resolve client queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contracts, agreements, and correspondence using CRM software.
Follow up on payments, agreements, and necessary documentation to ensure timely completion.
Facilitate issuance of NOCs and other customer-related approvals.
Educate customers about project timelines, processes, and key milestones.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer journey.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1+ years
of experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
Familiarity with
CRM software
and tools.
Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Knowledge of the real estate industry, regulations, and best practices will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
