Position: CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management) - Female Candidates Only

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, and in person. Maintain customer records, service requests, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Take regular follow-ups with clients regarding outstanding payments, service requests, complaints, delivery tracking, and provide updates to clients. Coordinate with customers on outstanding payments and support the accounts team in ensuring timely collections. Liaise between clients, service team, and sales team to ensure smooth operations for delivery, complaints, and payment follow-ups. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and regular follow-ups. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer follow-ups, outstanding payment updates, and service status with management.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.). Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or accounts coordination may apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good at follow-ups and capable of handling outstanding payment reminders effectively. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred. Polite, professional, and customer-oriented approach.
