Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage end-to-end customer communication and ensure smooth transaction flow.

Designation: CRM Executive

Work Location: Andheri

Year of Experience: 2-3 Years

Salary Per Annum (CTC): 2.5 to 3.5 Lacs

1. Customer Communication & Order Updates

a. Send timely Order Confirmations to customers.

b. Share Shipment Dispatch and In-Transit Updates proactively.

c. Confirm successful Delivery Status with customers.

2. Payment Follow-up & Reminders

a. Send Payment Reminder notifications (before due date, on due date, after due date).

b. Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, or messages.

c. Maintain polite yet firm communication to ensure timely collections.

d. Issue Escalation / Final Reminder for overdue accounts.

3. Customer Relationship Management

a. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries related to orders, delivery, and payments.

b. Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM software.

c. Ensure a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.

4. Coordination & Reporting

a. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams for order and payment-related issues.

b. Generate and share weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports on pending orders, payment status, and escalations.

c. Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce payment delays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
