3 to 5 Years Experience

Raising demand and collecting funds from customers as per the demand raised. Visit Bank, Customer Homes for collection of Cash / Check. Visit the customer and collect the overdue amount.. Maintain a relationship with the customer and follow-up with him for timely. Customer Life Cycle Management. Handling & counseling of cancellations, interest payments etc. Prepare & submit MIS with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved/answered. Ensure feedback given to the management in order to keep track of customer deliverable. * To ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.
