We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to manage and enhance our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. The ideal candidate will help execute targeted campaigns, maintain data hygiene, analyze customer behavior, and improve engagement across all channels to drive customer retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Segment customer databases to support targeted marketing efforts.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure seamless CRM integration and performance.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create personalized messaging.
Identify opportunities for customer lifecycle improvements including onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns.
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
