What you'll do

Role & Responsibilities



1. Primarily, you will be answering incoming calls, messages via third party apps.

2. Would be responsible for handling email correspondence (Complaints/ Queries).

3. Help customers with placing new orders, processing returns and exchanges, availability, and whatever they mind need.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively regarding system status, order updates, and issues.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Bachelor's degree in related field.Experienced with good communication skills ( Spoken and verbal)

Should be able to operate computer seamlessly

A minimum of 2 years experience required

Strong multitasking skills

Flexible to work in shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person
