Platform Optimization & Integrations

Education

Experience

2-5 years in CRM, marketing ops, data analytics, or similar roles

Technical Proficiency

CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, Zoho); marketing automation; basic SQL or analytics familiarity

Analytical Skills

Strong data interpretation, audience segmentation, campaign performance reporting

Communication & Collaboration

Excellent verbal/written skills, ability to train teams, and work cross-functionally

Project Management

Organized, able to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting
