We are a growing manufacturing unit, looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to handle dispatch follow-ups, client coordination, and end-to-end documentation. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on dispatched consignments:
Confirm lorry movement (reached or not, entered plant or not, unloading status).
Ensure inspection of materials with the store department.
Coordinate with store for GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and CRAC preparation.
Follow up with clients and internal teams for payment as per agreed terms.
Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) requirements:
Send format & details to Head Office.
Coordinate with HO for issuing and forwarding BG to the client.
For Gem Purchase Orders, upload documents to the Gem portal.
Maintain professional communication through email and calls with clients, store, and HO.
