Job Description

Candidate should be responsible for servicing the clients after receiving the order till the collection of the payment from the client.

Maintain and Build the excellent working relationship with the customers.

Candidate should provide the support to clients about company products or services.

She should understand the client queries.

Improved Customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

She should be responsible for the coordination with the internal departments.

Candidate should be confident, soft spoken and hard working.

Candidate should be good in follow-up.

Maintained long-term relationships with the clients.

She should be polite and able to communicate properly with the clients.

She should be able to understand the circumstances and act according.

She should always be available on calls.

She should have the ability to communicate confidently- both through speaking & writing emails.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,112.51 per month
