CRM Executive

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities



Handle client communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency. Assist clients with product details, order updates, and after-sales service. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.

CRM Executive

Experience Required:



1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Candidates who have worked as Fashion Designers, Merchandisers, or in any clothing/garment sector are strongly preferred.

Salary Range:



?25,000 to ?40,000 per month (based on skills and experience).

Key Responsibilities:



Manage customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Communicate with international clients through calls, chats, and messages. Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms. Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with internal teams such as merchandising, production, and design. Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on customer communication and feedback. Support the sales team with customer insights and data. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with international customers. Basic knowledge of fashion or garment production workflows (preferred). Ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
