CRM Executive
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client communication through phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
Assist clients with product details, order updates, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service/CRM, preferably in luxury retail (shopping malls, premium apparel brands, jewelry stores, or similar).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
fluent English
.
Personality:
Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented with the ability to handle high-value clients.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and professional email/phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
