Job Description

The CRM Service Executive is responsible for managing all service-related customer communication for

Royal Enfield

, ensuring a premium ownership experience in line with Royal Enfield brand standards. The role focuses on

service follow-ups, customer feedback, complaint resolution, and OEM CRM compliance

, directly impacting

CSI/NPS scores and service retention

.

Key ResponsibilitiesRoyal Enfield Service CRM Management



Maintain and update customer service data accurately in

Royal Enfield OEM CRM and Dealer Management System (DMS)

. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to

service appointments, job cards, estimates, approvals, and vehicle delivery

. Follow

Royal Enfield-approved call scripts and customer communication guidelines

.

Qualification & Experience



Education:

Graduate / Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered) 1-3 years preferred in

Royal Enfield dealership service or CRM


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
