Handle customer interactions related to bookings, documentation, and post-sales support
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
Coordinate with sales, site, and legal teams for timely customer updates
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
Schedule site visits, possession updates, and follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle
Prepare reports on customer feedback and follow-ups
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a CRM Executive in
real estate / construction (high-rise projects preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
Strong coordination and customer-handling skills
