We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to support our customer relationship operations at 11X Company. The ideal candidate will handle CRM data, maintain dashboards, ensure accurate records, and provide insights that contribute to improved customer engagement and business performance. This role is ideal for someone with basic data analysis skills and a strong interest in CRM management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, update, and maintain the company's CRM system.
Analyze CRM data to identify customer trends, engagement levels, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular CRM performance reports and share insights with management.
Support marketing, sales, and operations teams by streamlining CRM workflows.
Assist in creating dashboards, customer segments, and campaign tracking.
Ensure data hygiene through regular data-cleansing activities.
Handle ad hoc CRM-related requests from internal teams.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or relevant field.
0-1 year of experience in CRM support, data analysis, or similar functions.
Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
