We are looking for a proactive and dynamic CRM Executive to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Malayalam, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves developing new client connections, exploring business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional communication between clients and the management.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
Document and track client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Generate additional work opportunities and requirements from clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM or a Any field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline.
Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
Experience in a similar industry is an added advantage.
