We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and allocate leads effectively using our CRM system. The role involves ensuring proper lead distribution, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team with smooth customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Allocate and manage leads through the CRM system.
Maintain accurate and updated client records.
Coordinate with the sales/counseling team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Monitor CRM data and report inconsistencies.
Support in improving customer engagement and relationship management.
Ensure smooth operation of CRM-related tasks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
