Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer queries, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The CRM will act as a bridge between the company and its clients/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to fulfill client requirements
Ensure timely follow-up for client issues and resolve them efficiently
Prepare and deliver regular customer reports and updates
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM software
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys
Support marketing campaigns through customer engagement
