Key Responsibilities
Manage daily client communication (calls, WhatsApp, email)
Handle lead follow-ups and track conversions
Update and manage CRM systems and client databases
Coordinate with sales, operations, and event teams
Provide exhibitors/participants with timely information
Capture client queries, feedback, and escalate issues when needed
Prepare follow-up reports, lead status dashboards, and documentation
Ensure smooth pre-event and post-event client experience
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in CRM, Client Relations, or Customer Support
Experience in
Events & Exhibitions
industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
Hands-on experience with CRM tools
such as:
Zoho CRM
HubSpot CRM
Freshsales (Freshworks)
Pipedrive
Bitrix24
LeadSquared
Good command over Excel, reporting, and data entry
Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up discipline
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
