Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable travel options based on client preferences and budget.
Prepare and share detailed itineraries including destinations, transfers, sightseeing, and inclusions.
Manage hotel bookings, flight tickets, and transportation arrangements booking platforms.
Maintain and update all client information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
Coordinate with vendors and hotels for confirmations, special requests, and issue resolutions.
Communicate proactively with customers before, during, and after their trips to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handle modifications, cancellations, or special requirements related to bookings.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, repeat bookings, and travel patterns.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through personalised support and attention.
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the travel or hospitality industry with exposure to itinerary creation, hotel, and flight bookings.
Experience in CRM management, customer support, or operations preferred.
