Manage and maintain the CRM database (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Customize CRM workflows, pipelines, and dashboards according to business needs.
Monitor user activity and ensure proper usage and adoption of CRM tools by sales and marketing teams.
Generate and analyze reports on leads, conversions, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics.
2. Lead Management & Nurturing
Track and manage leads through the entire sales funnel -- from inquiry to closing and post-sale follow-up.
Automate lead assignment, reminders, and follow-up processes to enhance conversion rates.
Segment and score leads based on source, engagement level, and buying potential.
3. Customer Engagement & Retention
Develop personalized communication strategies to maintain relationships with clients and investors.
Manage post-sales follow-up processes, feedback collection, and referral programs.
Coordinate with customer service and property management teams to resolve client issues promptly.
4. Marketing Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media) with CRM for targeted outreach.
Track and analyze campaign performance within the CRM and recommend optimization strategies.
Support event marketing (open houses, launches, etc.) with CRM-based invitation and follow-up systems.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, conversion, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and better client engagement.
Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
